nd Maintain Tools and Equipment Knowledge of Metals Dexterity and Safety. PHYSICAL EFFORT:The work involves standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and crawling. Work may be done in awkward and cramped positions such as when welding in hard to reach places. May handle objects weighing twenty to fifty pounds, and occasionally objects weighing in excess of fifty pounds. Incumbent must be able to perform all physical requirements of this position. Duties include but are not limited to pushing and pulling bars and levers, winding cranks and winches, lifting and holding lines, climbing ladders and steep stairways, working in confined spaces, and working on steep and uneven ground. Incumbent must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds unassisted or up to 100 pounds with the assistance of one other person.
