    The Multimedia Consultant (MMC) is responsible for selling all products and services using the customer-focused consultative selling process, a relationship-based sales technique which requires the MMC to analyze the customer’s needs, develop individualized strategies, and provide client-need based account management to maximize client/agency results and revenue growth. The MMC will effectively provide client program solutions by mixing appropriate amounts of newspaper print, web and other digital applications, special magazines, inserts, commercial print, circulation, events and other promotions that fit within the client’s budget and strategy to achieve their advertising /marketing goals and objectives. The MMC also develops new accounts and additional sales. The MMC identifies prospects, moves them through the sales process from proposal to purchase order, monitors production, tracks results and maintain the relationship through routine follow-up contacts.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Three years of specialized experience performing similar duties as described above. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related discipline may be substituted for two years of required experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a multimedia company or agency selling advertising with a digital focus. Have a working knowledge of the military and MWR community.
