The incumbent will head the 100PI office, serves as a senior advisor the Shipyard Commander and other senior management officials in the development of the organization's primary mission goals.The incumbent is relied upon to develop, implement, and administer long range process improvement productivity support structures for the future as the result of effective planning and programming. Duties will include coordination and alignment of Process Improvement at NNSY; implementation of Baldrigde, Lean Six Sigma, Shipyard Lean Transformation and Theory of Constraint; develops, assist, provides technical consultation on Lean, Six Sigma, Bakdrige and Process Improvement . Ensure compatibility and standardization process improvement initiatives within NNSY, NAVSEA, and DON. Ability to identify and advice on Process Improvement problems, programs, and initiatives.
