The Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Acquisition and Technology (DDNI/AT) ensures U.S. intelligence superiority by enabling the identification, development and timely fielding of breakthrough capabilities, innovatively applying advanced technologies and acquisition excellence. DDNI/AT is the Intelligence Community (IC) catalyst for technical innovation, responsive stewardship, and acquisition excellence addressing the key intelligence challenges by leading advanced research and development focusing on disruptive technology leaps, integrating the IC Science and Technology (S&T) enterprise, developing and evaluating an IC-wide, end-to-end collection architecture to promote innovation and responsible financial stewardship, and establishing and maintaining an agile and transparent best-practice environment that promotes IC acquisition success.
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) is an independent activity within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and is aligned with DDNI/AT. IARPA invests in high-risk/high-payoff research programs that have the potential to provide our nation with an overwhelming intelligence advantage over future adversaries. IARPA addresses cross-agency challenges, leverages expertise from across the Community, and works transition strategies and plans with other agency partners.

Provide direct office support to the Director of IARPA (D/IARPA) and the Deputy Director of IARPA (DD/IARPA).
Manage and schedule the calendars, control access, prioritize documents, and manage other types of correspondence for action.
Provide oversight for the dissemination of documentation, correspondence, and other communication vehicles, and secure additional information as needed.
Establish controls and develop processes to monitor the dissemination of sensitive information and documentation and apprise leadership regarding pertinent issues impacting the office.
Regulate the timely execution of internal and external taskings, to include preparing for meetings and special events.
Monitor incoming requests for information or comment, memoranda, and reports, prioritize urgent items and identify items of particular interest.
Manage administrative matters, identify appropriate protocols and contacts, and provide resolution and innovative approaches to improve operational practices and procedures.
Prepare for senior-level visitors by ensuring security clearances are available, coordinate VIP parking and building access, and escort visitors as needed.
Recommend operating procedures to improve workflow to ensure consistency and accuracy of methods of operation and professional protocol.
Interact with leadership, customers, and partners throughout the community.
Anticipate the needs of the D/IARPA and DD/IARPA and respond with options for consideration.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Demonstrated ability to apply executive support concepts, principles, and practices while dealing with a variety of time-sensitive technical and administrative procedures.
Strong knowledge of administrative standards for correspondence, report formats, and Federal Travel Regulations governing authorizations, entitlements, and allowances; skill in the use of office computer applications for word processing, email, and local data storage/retrieval.
Expert ability to translate policies into products, procedures, and implementation processes.
Expert ability to manage competing priorities under strict deadlines, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention-to-detail.
In-depth knowledge of and experience in protocol procedures for VIP visits and courtesy calls, including the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in coordinating visits from and greeting senior executives; excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise discretion.
Knowledge of the IC and ODNI structure, policies, procedures, member roles and capabilities.
You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this position.
You will need to successfully complete a background security investigation before you can be appointed into this position.
