QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

All minimum eligibility and qualification requirements established by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must be met prior to appointment.

DAWIA positions at the GS-14 and GS-15 level or equivalent require the selectee to sign a tenure agreement to remain in that position for at least 3 years.

Candidates are encouraged to ensure work experiences clearly show possession of knowledge of the subject matter pertinent to the position, the technical skills to successfully perform the duties of the position, and the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

In addition to meeting minimum qualification requirements, the Expedited Hiring Authority for Acquisition Positions requires a candidate to be evaluated as Highly Qualified for the position.  Applicants will be evaluated as highly qualified based on an assessment of candidates' experience and competencies against a Quality Ranking Factor derived through a job analysis of the vacant position's duties.
