-14:One year of specialized experience equivalent to at the GS-13 level in the Federal service.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems related to major acquisition programs and performance-based contracting efforts.
